Krisry International offers custom-built Container Casters with high quality solutions for all of your caster needs:
- We can custom build your casters with permissible loads ranging from 2,000 to 12,000 lbs per caster, fixed, swivel or individual casters that can be swivel or fixed at 90 degree increments.
- We can include heavy duty foot brakes.
- We supply caster wheels with polyurethane tires, to help maintain warehouse floors, offered in several lighter load ranges.
- We also supply container caster mounting plates. These allow you to easily lift your casters with a fork lift and maneuver them auto position and lock them.

Our design features:
- Our specifically designed one-piece cast steel twist lock body is engineered so that the body walls line up directly with the side walls of the ISO corner casting ensuring the loads are transferred directly in line.
- The lock itself has an over-sized forged “High Tensile Steel” stem. The stem is manually turned to 90 degrees and is screwed down tightly with the heavy duty hand nut, leaving zero vertical clearance between the ISO corner block and the twist lock assembly. Although we call them “hand nuts” we encourage you to take a hammer to them – they are built to be robust enough to allow you to put as much torque as you can into them.
- Vibration will never loosen the twist lock. The high safety level built into the caster design means that the bolt and lock nut is tightened at 90 degrees to the hand nut, so there is no risk of vibration damaging the clamp.

Freight Container Casters are designed to facilitate the easy movement of cargo containers. These heavy duty, fixed and swivel type, casters are available with 2,000lb ratings to 12,000lb ratings per caster to best suit your needs.
The first and most important thing to consider when looking at casters is how securely the unit clamp fits the container corner casting. Beware of some caster products on the market that are simply a non-retractable twist lock welded to a caster. This creates the problem of a large clearance between the inside face of the corner fitting and the underside of the twist lock head. In the case of a standard ISO corner fitting in accordance with ISO1161 with a typical twist lock the clearance of 3/8” (nearly 10mm) creates vertical slop and damages the integrity of the clamp fit.
