This twistlock is used on military container-handling equipment; it fits into the lower end aperture of an ISO corner casting; then the head is actuated 90 degrees and the handnut tightened creating a solid connection between the handling equipment and the ISO container.

Can be used for several applications including 
locating ISO Containers on to flat racks.

The KRY1205 locking plates are known as DIN locks as they are in accordance with DIN standard 30722. These locking plates are used on NATO Demountable Load Carrying Platforms in accordance with STANAG 2413. The USA version of this system is the Palletized Loading System (PLS). The most common unit being the M1077 Flatrack. The plates are located on the inside faces of the Flatrack main rails and mate with brackets on the vehicle, in order to resist vertical movement.
